As a child, I’ve always loved snow days. I can too as an adult with self care on snow days. These are a few of my favorite ways to relax and do activities that I’ve wanted to do that aren’t social media.

  2. Read a fun book
  3. Journal how you are feeling
  4. Meditate
  5. Write down your gratitudes
  6. Sit and watch the snow fall or blow in the wind
  7. Listen to spotify
  8. Listen to a podcast
  9. Do a Craft project with items you have on hand
  10. Call a friend
  11. Do the dishes
  12. Catch up on Paperwork
  13. Do a mini workout
  14. Stretch
  15. Color, sketch, or draw
  16. Watch people driving in the snow
  17. Cook a meal to warm up the house
  18. Bake Cookies
  19. Play a board or card game
  20. Fold Laundry while watching a movie
